"I've used DMSO throughout the years for sports related injuries. Even back in the day where you could only buy it in feed stores for human use.

Flash forward June 2020. I literally walk right in to a kettle bell and realized I did some serious damage. I did all the right standard things - RICE and stayed off the footsie. My third and fourth toes were broken and the swelling from it made my foot unable to wear any shoe or sneaker and I had no distinguished ankle bone. The pain was probably one of the worst, especially on the top of my foot and under my toes. Navigating was very painful.
