This Policy applies to Heiltropfen® websites and the online store, including www.heiltropfen.de and www.heiltropfen.com, to the extent that HEILTROPFEN LAB d.o.o. acts as the controller of personal data.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, alteration or damage.

Security measures are assessed in relation to the nature of the data processed, the purposes of processing and the identified risks.

However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can provide absolute security.

Our online store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal data unnecessarily.
