If you are not satisfied with your purchase online at www.heiltropfen.com, you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped. Please read below to see our return and exchange policies in depth.

If you purchased your product at www.heiltropfen.de/shop, simply send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within the last 15 days. Please allow 15 days for processing your return.
Returns must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase (including packing slip or order confirmation) along with the instructions if you are requesting a refund or exchange.
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Heiltropfen lab LLP is not responsible for the packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet the conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be returned by the customer at their expense.

If the product was not bought directly from us, you will need to contact the company you purchased your product from, as your Product will be subject to the return / exchange policy of the company you purchased your product from (example- products purchased on Amazon will be subject to Amazon's return policy). If you have trouble making a return through your original seller, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
Retail and most wholesale orders will ship within 1-2 business days (inventory permitting). Unless you request otherwise, you can generally choose between shipping by National Post (Wordwide) or GLS (Europe), you can choose the best rates and delivery times. The orders placed with regular shipping will reach you within 3-6 business days.
Please note that shipping times count business days and do not normally count or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
